Atom Trampoline Park Appoints Escapade to Support Launch of New Leisure Facility

The Escapade team are bouncing with delight after being appointed by Atom Trampoline Park to support the strategic launch of its new leisure facility, with the first site due to open in the coming weeks in Reading.  The account will sit with our Sport, Health & Wellbeing PR team, utilising the both team experience in this sector and longstanding local knowledge in the Berkshire area.

Dave Robson, Operations Director at Atom Trampoline Park, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Escapade on the launch of Reading’s first site of this kind. Atom Trampoline Park is a brand new, exciting brand that promises to bring something new to the area. The park will be home to more than 50 interconnected trampolines and a dodgeball court. It will also boast a giant air bag, traversing wall, tumble track and junior bounce area.

“We have invested over £500,000 in the development of Atom Trampoline Park, and sought PR a partner that could support us with strategic direction across a number of marketing disciplines, coupled with strong local knowledge to ensure every success with our first venture into this market.”

Atom Trampoline Park will be opening its first site in Reading early March, on the Basingstoke Road. The trampoline park will be accessible for everyone, offering group events, sports training and children’s birthday party bookings.

The concept of trampoline parks has become increasingly popular in the UK. Not only are they great fun, but trampolining provides significant cardiovascular benefits and enhances skills such as agility and balance, burning up to 1000 calories in just one hour. As a low-impact workout, it also absorbs significant shock when exercising so is much easier on joints and well suited for people recovering from injuries.

Rhianon Williams, Associate Director at consumer lifestyle PR agency Escapade, said: “Trampoline parks have been one of the standout success stories of the leisure industry over the past couple of years, and we are excited to be working with Atom Trampoline Park on the launch of their first site in Reading! Our understanding of this sector and its consumers, coupled with our extensive local knowledge has enabled us to quickly become a valued, extended part of the Atom Trampoline Park team.”
