Now that we’re coming to the end of April, let’s take a look at some standout campaigns that caught our attention this month!
Tropicana ‘Not All Oranges Are the Same’
Tropicana rolled out a £3.5 million campaign to mark its ‘It’s THAT Juice’ platform, celebrating its iconic orange branding.
This campaign, spanning special build sites, buses, social media, PR, and shopper activations, aims to show consumers that not all juices are the same, much like Tropicana’s products.
McDonald’s ‘A Little More Mmm’
For the first time ever, McDonald’s introduced significant changes to its classic menu items which include their Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and Double Cheeseburger.
With a focus on TV, cinema, out-of-home (OOH), press, social, radio and digital platforms, the campaign aims to highlight the enhanced taste experience, making “A little more mmm” truly unmissable.
Rubicon ‘Releasing the Sunshine’
Rubicon embraced the carefree joy of sipping on their fruity beverages with the ‘Releasing the Sunshine’ campaign. The food and drink PR campaign captures the essence of Summer, reinforcing Rubicon’s position as the ultimate summer drink.
Supported by a strong mix of TV, social media, and OOH advertising, this campaign is all about spreading sunshine in a bottle and aims to reach 14 million consumers more than five times.
Lucozade ‘Bring the Energy’
For the first time ever in 97 years, Lucozade released a campaign called ‘Bring the Energy’.
The ad features a basketball game and Northern Soul dance performances, all powered by a Lucozade drink.
Social media platforms, in-store activities, and sampling initiatives complement the campaign’s high-energy vibe.
Walkers ‘No Walkers, No Game’
Walkers launched a fun but unique campaign offering football fans a chance to win a VIP experience, including watching the UEFA Champions League final at Wembley Stadium with the face of the brand, Gary Lineker.
Fans can enter the competition by purchasing their favourite crisp pack and scanning the QR code.
Old El Paso ‘Noise for Your Home Team’
Old El Paso partnered up with Team GB to inspire excitement for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics with the ‘Noise for Your Home’ campaign.
This nationwide promotion features on-pack offers and digital activations, offering lucky winners VIP tickets to the Olympic Games.
Burger King ‘Fulfilment’
Burger King’s latest brand campaign explores the satisfying feeling of finishing a Burger King meal.
Through TV adverts, the food and drink PR campaign captures the essence of contentment that comes with every bite.
M&S Food ‘Farm to Foodhall’
M&S Food launched its biggest-ever marketing campaign, ‘Farm to Foodhall’, starring Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge.
The campaign highlights Marks and Spencer’s commitment to quality and sustainability by showcasing the journey of their products by Tom Kerridge visiting retailer Select Farms across the country.
The campaign was shown across all platforms such as TV, press, out-of-home (OOH), social media, paid and organic digital as well as in-store and CRM activity.
Peperami ‘Animal’
Peperami brought back its iconic ‘Animal’ brand mascot after a decade-long hiatus in a hilarious digital and TV campaign.
The ad follows a man’s escape from a meeting with his boss into the world of ‘Animal’, delivering a humorous and meaty message.
