We have made it through the first week of January! The thought of starting a new year can be daunting and the pressure of tackling your new year goals suddenly becomes a scary reality.
The most important thing to consider when setting your goals is to make them realistic. Realistic goals are achievable and achievable goals are the most rewarding.
New year goals don’t need to be crazy and overwhelming because life has enough challenges already. For those who want to set some new year goals but don’t want the pressure, here is a list of a few simple tasks.
Do something new each month
Whether you love to take things slow or you’re an adrenaline junkie, why not set a goal once a month to try something new. This could be as wild as skydiving, or as simple as trying a new restaurant.
This will encourage you to find a new hobby or give you a reason to take a step back and relax. However extreme, it is a great way to create memories that you reminisce on at the end of the year.
